Are you sleeping?
The greatest current health risk to humanity is not Covid-19. It is actually sleep deprivation and insomnia. If you get less than 7 hours sleep year after year you significantly raise your risk of:
- Obesity/Failed weight loss
- High Blood Pressure
- Early Hormone Failure /Menopause
This has already been proven in a number of scientific medical trials. I’ve heard people joke about “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” As it turns out this is far too accurate. Getting adequate sleep will change and enhance the energy in your life.
